Palm Grove is a BMRDA approved layout in Muddiahnapalya, off Mysore Road; its adjacent to the Proposed 2000 Acres BDA Township (Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout) which is under development.
Palm Grove is spread across 28 Acres and has 523 plots of various dimensions. 70% of these sites have been purchased by Department of Atomic Energy (AMD) employees from across the country.
The layout is 100% developed and all the necessary infrastructure is in place. 100% release also has been obtained from BMRDA (Magadi Planning Authority).
